BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

Strategic Income Management has developed a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continued operation of the Registrant in the event of a business disruption. The Business Continuity Plan documents procedures SiM will follow in the event of an event that impacts our operational capabilities. The plan is designed to mitigate potential interruptions, resume critical functions within 72 hours or less, and return to full operations. We have a system of redundant services to provide services in the event of power, telephone and computer system failure in addition to other events such as fire, weather, extended computer virus problems and the loss of key data. In all cases, back-up functions, such as an alternative operation site, data back-up devices, virus prevention software, has all been established. The plan is reviewed annually to verify whether SiM is able to operate its business in the event of a disaster or incident. A full copy of our plan is available upon request.
